Civil War Era Deringer Pocket Pistol with Display Case
Here we present an antique Allen & Wheelock .32 Single Shot Spur Trigger Pistol, made circa 1860 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Under 1,000 of these pistols are thought to have been produced. This was designed to be a very simple and tiny conceal and carry, self-defense pistol in the turbulent 19th Century. It features a swivel barrel for loading and unloading.
The overall condition is good. The metal surfaces have a light gray patina. The markings are clear. The bore is dark and smooth. The grips are in great shape. The action is strong.
