Description:
Here is a seldom seen Robert Schrader Drilling with short rifle barrel. Nitro proof barrels - 16/16/9.3 x 82. The rifle is approximately 20" while the shotgun barrels are 28 3/8". This was done to improve the balance. This set up was copyrighted by Schrader as evidenced by the DRGM designation on the rifle muzzle. Typical hammer drilling lock work with rifle firing by moving the top lever to the left. This allows the belly of the right hammer to fire the rifle. Generous amount of original case color is still present. Snap action double under bite, completely on face. Barrels ring true with no loose ribs. Bores are excellent with strong land and groves in the rifle barrel and no pitting. Shotgun chambers are 2 1/2" as original. Shotgun bores are in proof at .672 with right barrel at 8/1000 choke (IC) and left at 32/1000 (Full). Two flip sights manually activated. Stock has seen field use but checkering is still sharp. No cracks to the wood. Shipping is $40. Stock dimensions follow.
