Description:
Serial #4584967, .30-30, 24" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1978-made Model 94 that has retained 95-97% of the original blue finish with some mild gray fading along the high edges and projections. There are some further small spots of gray underlying metal on the sides of the receiver as well. The walnut forend and buttstock have numerous small handling marks and minor surface blemishes, but the original varnish is still in relatively fine shape, although there is even fading of the wood around the edge of the buttplate. The rifle retains its original sheet metal front sight hood, and is in very good plus-fine condition overall. FFL
