Description:
An original Springfield 1884 Trapdoor Rifle with the desireable "Rod Bayonet" assembly. Rifle is original and metal with a dark patina overall, stock is solid, and the bore and chamber are excellent. Rear Sight is incomplete - needs a ladder and slider, but still a nice rifle. Also has a NY Regimental Mark on the stock (see photo).
