We were all impressed while inspecting this one, and despite the sling swivels and receiver sight, we'd all be proud to own it. Nickel Steel 22" barrel appears flawless: Crisp, clean, shiny bore and rifling from front to back, no rust, no pits. Action interior appears similarly clean and nice. Lyman 56 receiver sight, Lyman #6 rear barrel sight, Marbles 56L front. Wood is crack-free, un-messed-with and gorgeous; hint of linseed smell, which we consider very OK as a maintennance item.
