Description:
This Smith & Wesson was manufactured in 1954, the Third Year of Production for the J Frame. It has its factory original walnut Diamond grip panels. These are matching number to the butt serial number, and the cylinder serial number matches as well. Note the original flat serrated thumb latch and distinctive short checkered spur factory hammer. Trigger is matching serrated face color casehardened. Double action pocket revolver, capacity 5 rounds, 4 screws on its side plate. Barrel is 2 inches, pinned into the frame. Rotation marking is very light.
