I hunted with his son, Nicky Blunt, who was a fine mild-mannered professional hunter in Tanzania for many years. On safari near the Grumeti River, it was a pleasure to discuss his father's book as a timeless classic for ivory hunters and those facinated by how elephants were hunted during the golden years of safari hunting.
