J. Stevens Arms Co. Model 414 Armory Model chambered in .22 Short. These neat little .22 single shot rifles were produced from 1912-1932, and featured the #44 action, 26" barrel, and Lyman receiver aperture sight. This rifle remains in excellent condition with a lot of case colors showing on the receiver. The original blue on the barrel rates at 98%. the swivels and bands have taken a patina. The stock and forend are in exellent original condition with just a few scattered handling marks present. The bore has strong rifling, but shows mild corrosion typical of a gun it's age and should shoot just fine. A very nice example of its type that we rarely see in this condition.
