EXCELLENT Hopkins & Allen Top Break Revolver C&R
.32 S&W Made Circa 1900
Here we present a Hopkins & Allen Top Break Double Action .32 S&W Revolver, made circa the 1900 in Norwich, Connecticut. This 5-shot, .32 revolver was made for self-defense in the early 20th Century and would have been a convenient companion worn in a belt holster or even stuck in a coat pocket. Hopkins & Allen was founded around 1867, acquiring Thomas Bacon’s company, and producing a wide array of revolvers at the close of the 1800s. They are perhaps most famous for manufacturing Merwin & Hulbert’s excellent revolvers.
The overall condition is excellent. The nickel finish is 98% complete. Case colors are vibrant. The markings are clear and legible. Numbers match. The hard rubber grips are in great shape, showing little to no wear. The bore is strong. The action on this revolver is excellent.
