This is a beautiful and classy 1970's Ithaca SKB Model 600 Skeet Grade Combo Set with factory-matched and serial numbered 28" inch barrels in 20, 28, and .410 gauge in a fitted leather-covered luggage case. Normally a silver-plated frame with blued barrels, this particular set is one of the sought-after factory blue finished frame guns. The barrels on this Skeet Grade set are marked "Custom Crafted for Ithaca by SKB". As mentioned before, they are all 28" inches long and all have ventialted ribs with a silver mid-bead and ivory front bead, and are all choked Skeet/Skeet. The checkered Walnut factory stock has a factory installed recoil pad and have a length of pull of 14.25" inches to the end of the pad. The condition of this Ithaca SKB Model 600 Skeet is very good to excellent, showing very light finish wear rating 94 to 95%. All three sets of barrel have excellent bright bores with no dents, bulges, or pitting visible. All of the barrel sets fit superbly and are perfectly "on face". All of the controls, ejectors, and selectable trigger on this Ithaca SKB 600 are in perfect working order. The action lever still sits to the right of the safety on the upper tang, indicating that this shotgun has not been shot much and has many many thousands of rounds left in the locking lugs before any service is needed. As mentioned earlier, it comes with the fitted and leather-covered luggage case AND the original owner's manual, warranty card, and a spare firing pin. These vintage Skeet Grade Combo sets are not only great for shooting skeet but are also ideal for quail and dove hunting.
