Collectible Ammo: Two "Red Sweater" Boxes of Winchester Ranger Super Trap Loads, 12 ga, Red Dot
One full box and one box containing 15 rounds. This is the desirable label with the trap shooter in the red sweater firing the Model 12. Loaded with Hercules Red Dot, 1-1/8 ounces of 7-1/2 shot.
The full box is in very good condition. Solid and square. The top panel has started to separate at the back "hinge" about one inche starting from the left rear corner. All the other seams look good. One of the locking tabs on the inside top flap is partly cut but still attached. Otherwise no wear from repeated opening, as is often seen. The label remains bright, with minor soiling and scuffing, mainly on the back panel. The bottom is good, not worn from storage. The shells remain as-new. Overall a very good box.
The partial box is solid but shows more wear to the ink than the first one. The shells are still good.
Two very presentable boxes, with no added tape or price stickers or markings.
