WW2 SMITH-CORONA U.S. MODEL 1903-A3 .30-06 CAL. SERVICE RIFLE DATED 7-43. All original and matching as issued World War 2 example with no later alterations or import marks. Barrel stamped behind Sight “SC/ORDNANCE BOMB/ 7 43”. Fine overall with most of the original parkerizied finish. Wood with the original finish and with two Ordnance inspection stamps-the encircled “P” behind the trigger guard and the “FJA” rectangular cartouche on the stock opposite the bolt. Perfect working order and excellent, bright bore.
