Description:
This is.an early Ruger that will fit well in any collection. The photos do not do justice to the gun. It is exactly like it left the factory. It has the high luster polished blue smilar to the early Weatherbys.
The wood has a nice grain. This gun has only been fired a few times and has never been hunted with.
It is equipped with a Vintage scope that was probably installed when the gun was new. The scope is a fixed 4X (Bear Cub)
made by Kollmorgen Optical Corp. Northhampton Mass, USA. Crystal clear optics, scope is like new.
This gun retains between 99% and !00% of its original finishes. The bore is perfect. I cannot find any handling marks on the wood.
This is fine big game rifle that equals some Custom guns in terms of fit and finish.
The serial # of this gun is 73 72009
LOP 13 inches to the end of a Pachmayr "White Line" pad.
Weight is 9.5 pounds. Barrel length is 24 inches. Has Flip-Up rear sight.
