Description:
This is an early Colt Police Positive 4” barrel that is chambered in .32 New Police cartridge which is interchangeable with the .32 S&W. This gun remains in very good condition and has most of it’s original high luster bluing. Colt introduced the Police Positive .32 in 1907 and this gun was made two years later. The circular logo that is present was only marked on these the first four years and then Colt changed to the Rampant Colt logo. The gun is mechanically perfect, locks up tight and the timing is spot on. The original hard rubber grips look like the day the gun was made. The hammer and trigger still retain there fire blue finish. A cute little gun with light wear that would fit nicely in most collections. Also included with the gun is a copy of Colt's Police Positive brochure from the same time period that show the specs. for the gun. I offer a three day non firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly and shipped via FedEx Air with insurance to your FFL dealer in the continental United States for $55 (California is extra because I have to ship through my local dealer). This gun requires a C&R or FFL license for transfer. I ship the following day after the payment arrives and provide tracking information.
