Whitney-Kennedy Lever Action .44-40 caliber rifle. Barrel address “Whitneyville Armory, CT. USA”. Barrel length 24”. Forend measures 91/16”. Loading gate measures 1¼” Bore is fair with fair rifling and corrosion wear in the grooves. Action works smoothly and perfectly. Gun has full loop lever. Stock are good plus with small chip out of left side buttstock at the receiver. Gun has an even patina.
