Description:
Up for your consideration is a beautiful Savage Model 1920 Bolt Action Rifle chambered in .250-3000 Savage Caliber with a 22in barrel. This gun is in excellent original condition. The stock is in excellent condition with no dings or cracks, the original Savage steel buttplate is in great shape with a small area of pitting near the bottom but the Cherokee is crisp and clear. The metal condition on the rifle is just a nice as the stock, with some minor fading and some surface disturbances but overall for an almost 100 year old gun it is beautiful. Action is tight as new with crisp clean bore. At some point it was drilled and tapped for a scope thus the holes in the receiver and the small area of lost blue finish. These guns are very rare especially in this condition and this caliber.
