Webley and Scott 12ga Double. Ser. No. 96343. Model is most likely an early Mod 700 and is a Birmingham gun. 2 3/4in with a long forcing cones Has 28in barrels choked .006/.032. Has 2 triggers and ejectors. Has a swamped, concave rib. Bores are good. Right barrel with minor scoring. English stock wood is pretty but is experienced with many mars in the finish. Butt is missing a chip at the toe. Stock lop measures 14 1/2in to front trigger with 2 3/8in drop at heel. Gun weighs 6 1/2lbs. Butt is covered with a leather Galco pad. Receiver is modestly engraved. Blued receiver has a dolls head with 3rd fastener. Price is $1000 with free shipping.
