Description:
Very rare straight grip Pre war Browning Superposed with 30 inch barrels. Original untouched antique finish gun with early single top selector trigger. Flat, hand matted top rib with front and mid ivory beads. Bores are bright and shiny with no pits or dents. Top barrel is choked * bottom is *- barrel address is St. Louis. Forend has repaired crack on left side, original uncut checkering with flour on action pannels. Stock measures 1 1/4" X 2" X 14 5/8" to Nosohc pad. Gun was carried more that shot. Action is firm and shuts with deep satisfying resonance to positive lock up. I have been collecting Pre War Brownings for many years and I have only come across 2 with factory original straight stocks.
