Description:
Very scarce 32 inch vent rib Specialty grade 20 gauge with Hunter One Trigger. Metal and mechanicals are in good un touched condition. Trigger functions in left selector, right selector as well as ejectors in left, right and both barrel firings. Vent rib barrels are free from dents, pits and bulges, bores are bright with no pitting. Missing mid bead, with rib tight and un damaged. Chokes are full. The gun was made in 1936 and restocked sometime there after with very good inletting on butt.The stock measures 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 14" to vent pad. All screws are in fine shape and the engraving is crisp.
This gun could be enjoyed as is and would be spectacular if restocked with correct wood and shaping of butt and forend. I do not know for sure how many were made but likely less than 20.
