This one is a beauty and we believe all original finish! Matching numbers to the barrel back of cylinder and on the butt. Diamond grips and tapered 6 1/2" barrel. Service trigger and hammer. Mint bore and cylinders. Breechface looks new. Production likely mid 50's. SN- S122xxx. Rare gun in exceptional condition. Comes in a much later S&W Presentation case as shown with the cleaning kit.
