Description:
Scarce and beautifully refinished Paragon with KRUPP barrels! A lot of Paragons were made with damascus tubes but the original owner opted for the more expensive Krupp Fluid Steel barrels. Some case color remains by the fences and under the toplever. Exquisite engraving of Setters on partridge or quail and Pointers on ruffed grouse typical of Paragons. There is a tangible crack through the wrist but it has been repaired and should tolerate light loads from RST or Polywad. Sharp checkering, original buttplate, and nicely figured wood. Paragons in this condition at this price don't last long.
