I have for sale a very nice Prussian Charles Daly single barrel trap. These guns are quality through and through. This gun has a 32 1/2 inch barrel and has a bore of .727 and constriction of .043 or full choke. Barrel has a white front and middle bead. Stock is very nice French Walnut and dimensions are 1 3/8 X 2 1/4 X 14 7/8 over a Pachmayr White Line pad. Weight of the gun is 8 pounds 1 ounce. Gun has a dolls head extension. Screws are just about perfect and it appears that the gun has never seen a gunsmith. Lockup is tight and barrels ring with a beautiful chime. Only problem with the gun is with the forend removed there is the very slightest amount of play between the barrel and receiver. With the forend attached it is very tight and will not require any attention for years to come. You will notice there is a brass plate on the bottom of the forend which appears to have been there for many years and may have been ordered this way??? Price of the gun was $2300 now $1750 plus $50 shipping to your FFL. This is a high quality gun built when quality was expected from their customers.
