Description:
Here we have a very nice early AYA boxlock side by side 20 ga shotgun with pistol grip stock with the good dimensions of LOP 14 1/2, DAC 1 1/2 and DAH 2 1/2. The box lock action with double triggers has a Greener cross bolt, has 2 3/4" chambers and is tight on the face; barrels ring like chimes. Action is covered in beautiful case colors. Barrels have bright and shiny bores, are 27 1/2" in length and are choked M/IM. Consignor says the gun was owned by a game keeper in UK which explains the swing swivels on the barrels and butt stock.
Gun is light at 6 lbs and lively to the hand. This would make a great field gun.
