Description:
These shotgun chaps are copied from an original 1870s pair in a private collection. Made of pebble grain oiled chaparejos leather being especially prepared for this purpose. Laced and hand stitched together with handcrafted heart shaped conchos down the outside edge of each leg. Upper sides and fly area re-enforced with a double layer of leather, and sport two classic patch pocket.
Border stamped waistband. Waist has a long belt that can be adjusted for best fit. Fits waist sizes 32" to 44". Outside measurement from cuff to top of waist band is 41". These are adjusted for length by wearing them higher or lower. This size fits most, unless you are very short or very tall. These chaps are made for service. The hand stitching and lace is good and strong. I would not hesitate to put these fine collectible chaps to the use they were made for.
