BOXED Antique SMITH & WESSON .32 S&W Revolver
NICE Single Action Revolver Circa 1878-92
Here we present an antique Smith & Wesson Single Action Revolver with the Original Box, made in Springfield, Massachusetts circa 1878-1892. This little .32 S&W, 5 shot revolver is a handsome little thing. The birds head grips, beautiful nickel finish and casehardened hammer remind one of how quality guns were made. This is certainly a fantastic representative of what folks other than cowboys were carrying in the “Old West” in the late 19th century.
The overall condition is fine. The original nickel finish is 90% intact. The markings are clear and legible. The hard rubber grips are in great shape showing little to no wear. The bore is clear and bright. The action on this revolver is excellent.
