Description:
Purdey 20 bore with three sets of barrels. Delivered to first owner week of Christmas 1921. Very nice overall condition retaining lots of original case color.Three sets of barrels, two by Purdey and one made for the gun by Westly Richards. All three barrels are serialized to the gun.
Barrels are, 29" Imod and Full, 28" Improved cylinder and Modified, 25" WR barrels are Improved cylinder and Imod.
Maker's single trigger, side clips, third bite.
Stock was recently re-finished and checkering re-cut. Has a 1 1/4" invisible stock extension by "The Stock Doctor"
15" LOP to a new leather pad. Weight approx. 6.2 pounds.
Cased in a new leather three barrel case with new Purdey accessories. Also have a Purdey letter on the gun.
This is an excellent chance to have a Purdey 20 bore with long barrels and rare features rarely found on a 20 bore Purdey. Can send extra pictures on request.
