U.S.A. , MODEL 336CB CAL. 38/55 WIN.Reciever is factory drilled and tapped for a scope mount, The information I recieved when I bought this rifle was the original owner has a brother who works at Marlin. The brother took the rifle to the factory,had the reciever reblued and put all new parts in and on the rifle,barrel,sights wood and all the rest of the parts are factory new old stock. The only original part used was the reciever.I inspected the rifle and believe all parts were new.The rifle has been fired.Bright shiney bore,no rust or pitts on metal surfaces,wood finish has some very minor handling marks.The rifle will be shipped in a new hard rifle case with insurance.
