Description:
This DWM American Eagle Luger in 9mm is in very nice shape! Original grips are sound, with lots of healthy checkering left and just a few areas of flattening near the front strap. Left side grip is missing a small piece under the safety, very commonly seen on Lugers. Trigger, magazine release, takedown lever, ejector, and safety lever all exhibit lots of original straw finish, and the balance of the gun's blue finish is very nice, with a bit of thinning at the muzzle and some high edge wear on the lower receiver. Gun is very clean on the inside, with a flawless breech face and a good bore with strong rifling its entire length. Crown over N stamp on left side of upper receiver and left side of toggle, and "Germany" stamped just below the serial number on the front of the lower receiver. Front strap has a small dent, and a previous owner has lightly etched the word "Safe" just above the safety lever's safe position detent, but it's small. Overall a very nice American Eagle Luger that's ready for a fun day at the range!
