MANUFACTURED in 1890, this is a VERY RARE Winchester Model 1886 SADDLE RING .45-70 CARBINE with Winchester Factory LETTER!!!!! This RARE, Antique Carbine basically sat above a fire place for most of it's life till it was a fairly even brown patina although some BLUEING and CASE COLORING remain visible in areas and the BORE IS EXCELLENT!!! Look at the wood to metal fit in the pictures of this gun, you can tell that the wood has NEVER been off this gun! VERY RARE WINCHESTER COLLECTORS CARBINE!!!!! *** RICHARD CROSIER FINE FIREARMS *****
