Inglis Hi Power No.2 *Mk1 Excellent condition.
9mm Luger. S# IT4632. All Matching numbers. Fixed sight T series. Matching numbered barrel & slide engraved with military Signal Corps marking. Crossed pennant proofs and other cartouches on frame, slide & barrel. Checkered black plastic grips & ring hammer. MAG: very good wartime issue "JI" marked 13 rd w/ aluminum follower & "JI" marked split push button base. Apparent mfg. about July 1944. JI is the correct designation to find on an Inglis model mag - as noted on the magazine body and the base plate.
UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Original military leather lined canvas holster w/ brass trim; interior w/ compartment for spare mag. & cleaning rod. Underside of flap inked "ABL / WW / 1953" (?). The holster is called a "first pattern" holster and it too is from 1944 and a rare one with the leather lining. Comes with original cleaning rod with screwdriver end on rod.
CONDITION: good to very good overall appearance w/ high point wear most visible on slide. Minimal high point wear on frame & only slight grip area thinning. Very good grips w/ minimal marks. Near excellent bore.
