Winchester Model 1873

The gun that won the West. Winchester 3rd model 1873 rifle. 44-40 caliber, 28" round barrel with full magazine. Serial No. 87332. Manufactured 1882. Two line barrel mark reads Winchester - Repeating Arms New Haven, C.T. / Kings - Improvement  - Patented - March 29, 1877, 1860 tang marked model 1873 with floral brackets. No caliber marking visible on barrel or lifter. Buck horn rear sight, dove tailed front sight with German silver blade.
