I just realized I posted the pictures of the wrong 44 Special and didn't realize I had two. This one is a better conditioned overall gun and I have changed the pictures and updated the context of description.
This a first year of production .44 Special manufactured in 1958 and comes with factory letter. There were less than 2100 SAA 2nd Gen made in this caliber and are very sought after. This revolver has been used but is in very good condition overall. Drag line on the cylinder is very light, most of the bluing is still intact. Mint bore. It retains all case color and over 98% barrel and extractor blue with very light wear on the muzzle on the left side. The back strap is near mint.. 5.5 inch B/CC
