Description:
This is a Remington model 32 in amazing condition. All finishes are original and rate 95% to 98%.
There are a few minor blemishes here and there, probably aquired from storage over the last 84 years!
The gun was obviously used very lttle. The wood is fantastic for a field grade gun, it has great figure and is the type more likely found on high grade guns.
The Remington 32 is a very underated gun. they were excellent quality. They were only made from 1931 to 1947. approximately 6000 were made. Unfortunately for Remington, the gun did not sell well. It was introduced at the height of the depression, followed by WW2. The gun was expensive back then and Americans preferred Repeaters.
Nevertheless the design was so good that it was adopted by Kreighoff with modern advances of course. The basic design can still be seen in the Kreighoff's of today.

12ga. 2&3/4 " chambers.
28 inch bbls.
Chokes= Under is Cylinder, The Upper is Modified
Bores are Bright & Shiny and have no Visible Flaws.
I don't have a wall thickness gauge but they are just as they left the factory.
The ejectors work fine and "are in time".
Action is tight as new, on face, no movement with or without the forend attached.
Weight is 8 pounds even.
LOP is 14 inches
Neutral Cast
All screws are perfect.
Serial number is 1652
