Description:
This Winchester Model 1873 is a right hand action lever action repeating rifle in .38 W.C.F. Cal. It has a 24 inch octagon barrel and smooth oil finished walnut straight grip stock. The forearm has a steel cap, receiver has side plates with a right side loading port and the steel crescent butt has a brass sliding door storage compartment. It was manufactured in 1889 with serial number 316XXXB. This rifle is in overall fair condition.

Metal Condition: Good. Light wear, handling marks and pitting. The barrel and receiver may have been refinished. The color is off.
Wood Condition: Fair. Has multiple handling / use marks. Has a crack in the forearm left side at the cap.
Bore Condition: Fair with light pitting.
Barrels: 24 inch original blued finish octagon barrel.
Stock: Smooth walnut straight grip stock. Oil finished. Receiver has side plates.
