Description:
Colt New Service .455 Eley caliber revolver. Made in about 1916, .455 Eley caliber with a 5 ½” barrel. Metal has about 80% of the British military arsenal finish. Bore is very good and shiny throughout. Grips appear to be original and are checkered hard rubber with a piece missing from the bottom of the right grip. This gun is British military proofed (crown over V - London Proof house) meaning it was a British military issue.
Comes with correct period canvas holster.
