Description:
Rare 1949 Ithaca 16-gauge with Ribbed Barrel, Model-37R, "Sweet-Sixteen", shoots 2-3/4 shells, Full-Choke. Blued finish is excellent, with no visible scratches, dents, or pitting. All the stamp marks on the receiver and barrel, appear to have the original factory depth, so I would have to assume the Blue finish is original. Stock is overall excellent for the age, but does have a small mend.
