We just aren't sure about this one. Rec'r, grip frame and heel are all matching numbers, gun works well and is very tight. She shoots too, but a little to the left. Think maybe at some time it was rebarreled (barrel is marked Single Action Army), possibly even re-chambered. We just don't know. Regardless, this would be a wonderful candidate for a full restoration, say by Peacemaker Specialists? Nothing missing, no major problems, fully functional and was test fired. Grips are original and fit ok. Think it was an all blue gun originally. Heavy blue wear, not much patina, blue in protected areas. This one has been handled a lot in the 40 years or so.
