Payment Types Accepted: Postal Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Check Description: Built by Champion & Company of Wallingford, England probably sometime in the first decade of the 20th Century. Hard to find anything much on this old gun company, but there is still a Champion & Co. in Wallingford that is a hardware. Beautiful craftsmanship on the receiver and side plates that resemble damascus steel with a grain running through them. Tastefully engraved with de fleur and scroll. Long tang, and unmarked engraving plate on the English checkered butt stock. Splinter forearm. Barrels are thirty inch and choked IC and Cylinder and are Nitro proofed, but only a 2 1/2 inch chamber. RST has the shells, but I would recommend keeping it on the lighter side. Bores are good with a fes scattered light pits here and there. Fourteen and a half inch LOP with what appears to be a horn butt plate. Matching serial numbers all around. SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes Manufacturer: Champion & Co.
