Excellent, top quality West-German SAUER & SOHN (Son) Drilling, Model LUXUS, in cal 7x65R (rifle) and 16/70ga (shot) with HENSOLDT “Diavari” 1.5–6x42mm Scope on quick release Suhler claw mount. Scope has unique reticle for night hunts and for snap shooting on running game. Effective double rifle when left shot barrel is loaded with a slug during driven hunts. Boxlock with Greener crossbolt and double barrel lug locking, cocking indicators, double triggers with front set trigger. Moderate engravings on receiver. Horn trigger guard, sling swivels. Selected Walnut stock with cheekpiece, checkered pistol grip and forend, horn butt plate with S&S logo. Barrels mirror-clear inside, original outside blueing 98%, little field wear on stock. Total Length 42 ½”, Barrel 25 ½”, LOP 14 1/2”, Heel 2 ½”, and Comb 1 ½”, Weight 7 ½”, Half choke right barrel, Full choke left barrel. Outstanding combo gun for protection work, too!
