I have a Marlin model 42 Coast to Coast stores in .22 LR. Its also know as a Marlin model 70. It appears to be all stock and functions properly. The wood has scratches and handling marks but could easy be refinished. Marlin changed the model number from 70 to 42 for its distribution through companies such as Sears, Montgomery Wards, and this one from Coast to Coast Stores. Not rare but not too collectible either but nun the less a good rifle. Always open to trades. Thanks
