HOPKINS & ALLEN X.L.3 Double Action C&R Revolver
20th Century Conceal and Carry with Folding Spur Hammer
Here we present a curio and relic Hopkins & Allen XL3 Double Action Revolver, made in Norwich, Connecticut circa the early 20th Century. This revolver features 5 shots of .32 S&W and is marked "HOPKINS & ALLEN MFG. Co./PAT. MAR. 28. 71 JAN. 5.86" on the right side of the top strap and "X.L. 3 DOUBLE ACTION/32 CAL CENTER FIRE" on the left side. It has a five round cylinder, a blade front and frame notch rear sights. Nickel finish with casehardened hammer, (with folding nickel spur), and trigger. It is fitted with pearl grips.
The overall condition is fine. The nickel finish is 80% intact. The markings are clear and legible. The mother of pearl grips are in great condition, showing little to no wear. The bore is clear. The action on this revolver is excellent.
