U.S. Springfield Model 1869 Trapdoor Cadet Rifle. Barrel is in the bright with some areas of surface pitting. Lock plate is dated 1863. Bore is great has minor areas of frosting. Stock is missing a sliver of wood on the left side next to the cleaning rod. Cartouche marks are present. Good looking cadet rifle.
