This very nice H&R M1 Garand features very good wood with clear inspection stamp, very good metal, combat style post and peep sights, and manufactured in 1956.

Caliber Info: .30 M1 (.30-06 Sprngfld)
Chambers: 8 shot internal magazine.
Metal Condition: Very good. Some handling marks on the barrel and gas tube. Also some 'spotting' on top of the bolt.
Wood Condition: Very good. There are some unobtrusive handling marks. The stampings are very clear and sharp.
Bore Condition: A little dark but shiny.
Barrels: 24 inch - blue.
Triggers: Removable trigger group.
Stock: Military smooth walnut.

Fore End: Matching walnut heat shield.
