U.S. Harpers Ferry 1816 Flintlock Musket Type II. U.S. Model 1816 Flintlock Musket Type II by the Harpers Ferry Arsenal. These were in the “National Armory Brown” finish. Lock plate is dated 1826. Metal is still in the brown finish with minor pitting. Stock is good with two areas of wood damage, one by the butt plate and the other by the lockplate. Still a good looking model 1816 Type II.
