Description:
Serial #7240, .32 RF, 3 1/2" octagon barrel with a very good bore that has some light freckling within the grooves. This is a handsome revolver that has matching assembly numbers on the frame, cylinder, and barrel, and retains about 80-85% of the original blue with flaking on the high edges, a fairly bright turn-ring on the cylinder, and very little finish loss along the gripstraps. The hammer has about 40-50% of the original color case-hardening with specks of dark freckling, and the barrel lock-up is still tight, without any lateral play. The rosewood grips are numbered to the gun on the interior and have much of the original piano varnish remaining with several minor surface blemishes on both panels. The mechanism functions flawlessly and the revolver rates fine plus condition overall. Antique
