Description:
SOLD: Very nice custom rifle with Ruger #1A barreled action in .243 Win. High quality and very attractively figured english walnut stock with shadowline cheekpiece, schnaebel type fore-end, and crisp hand cut checkering. Rifle was made by Smitty's Gunshop in Utah several decades ago. Checkered steel Niedner steel buttplate and checkered steel grip cap. Gun has the very fine Canjar single-set trigger which breaks incredibly crisp at 3 1/2 lbs unset and a few ounces set, a significant improvement over the factory Ruger trigger. The gun has been shot but is in excellent condition (see photos). Points and handles very well. Stock LOP is standard 13 1/2" from front of trigger guard to middle of curved buttplate. Offers considered, feel free to ask questions.
Buyer pays fixed price of $50 for shipping/insurance. Add $20 if your FFL requires the gun to come from my FFL and not directly from me. Customary 3-day visual inspection offered. Buyer pays actual shipping cost both ways in case of a return. Will accept PayPal but buyer pays extra 2% to help offset the fees.
