Description:
DWM artillery Luger (8" bbl) dated on top of receiver "1917". All markings crisp and clear. All matching numbers "9139" or "39" except magazine. Correct wooden bottom magazine numbered "6209". Mechanically excellent. Original blued finish better than 90%. Bright bore. Good rifling. Ladder type rear sight calibrated to 800 meters. Original wooden grips. Small chip missing from left grip just behind the safety (see photo #9) Private collector - in my collection for more than 30 years. Selling out my WW1 European collection (this Luger is the last of two) to raise cash for my Civil War collection ! Your satisfaction guaranteed - three day inspection/return.
