Mauser 1896 Bolo .30 Mauser caliber pistol.

Bolo Mauser late model. Excellent bore. Action works perfectly. Numbers are all matching. Floor plate number is correct and NOT restamped as is often seen on replacement floor plates. Gun has approximately 75-80% original blue. Note: The stock slot has been filled in. This was done on many stocked automatic pistols because in the past, many years ago the government made a ruling that you couldn’t put a stock on a pistol because it made it an illegally short rifle. During that period many guns were filled to make sure no stock could not be attached. Thankfully, that ruling was rescinded long ago so now you can attach the stock. These filled in slots if not welded could be opened by a machinist or gunsmith or just shoot or collect it as it is!
