Southgate Weatherby With Mauser Action .300 Wby Mag caliber rifle. Beautiful engraved early Southgate Weatherby. Made on a commercial Mauser action. 1950’s Vintage, prior to the Mark V. Has a Griffin & Howe scope mount with Weaver scope. The stock is figured walnut with fancy inlays. The floor plate is engraved with gold inlays. A great example of Weatherby’s early work.
