Description:
Colt 1911 Government model O2091 semi-auto pistol chambered in .38 Super with stainless steel finish and factory rubber grips, 5” barrel, 3 white dot sights, and thumb safety. Complete with the factory box, gun lock, pistol plug, hang tag, owner’s manual and a Colt 9 round factory magazine is included. We have several of these in stock. The serial number you receive will be different than shown in the photos.
Shipping is $25.00. Insurance is an additional charge.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that this weapon is LEGAL to own in your city/state.
If you live in CA, MD or NY, be sure to check your local laws or call your local dealer before and ensure this model meets the requirements of your state.
We do not replace magazines in the guns we sell to meet your state/city requirement. We will remove magazines before shipping if requested, but do not offer a credit or replacement for them.
THERE IS A 20% restocking fee for firearms returned because you do not pass your background check or the gun is not legal to own in your state or city. The refund will be made after the gun is received by Classic Collection Firearms from the FFL dealer we shipped the item to. The item MUST be returned in the exact condition it was shipped in and include all the papers, accessories and case that were included.
We DO NOT offer local pickup of firearms. Please do not ask.
All orders must be shipped to a licensed FFL holder for transfer.
Payment is expected within 5 business days on all items unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. There is an additional 3.5% charge for credit/debit card payment. We also accept cashier's check and money orders. If we received a personal check, we hold the item 10 additional business days before shipping.
YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR FFL AND REQUEST THEY EMAIL THEIR LICENSE TO US at
SHIPPINGFFLGMAIL and INCLUDE YOUR NAME.
WE CANNOT SHIP YOUR FIREARM UNTIL WE RECEIVE A COPY OF THE FFL.
We ship all items priority mail with the USPS. Priority shipping takes 2-3 days depending on your location. Insurance is available for an addition $1.50 / $100 if you would like it.
We always provide tracking information when your item is shipped.
We offer a three-day no fire/no disassemble inspection on firearms unless specified in the description. This is to ensure the item is in the condition we represented it. We do not accept returns once a firearm has been transferred into your possession. When the gun arrives at your FFL, you have three days to inspect the gun at their location. If there is a problem, DO NOT TAKE POSSESSION of the gun and contact us immediately to arrange for the return.
